Rohan Kelly - Senior Associate
Rohan has practised exclusively in family law since his admission in 2017.
His experience includes parenting disputes that involve high conflict parenting cases or children with specific needs, and property settlements that involve business structures, numerous parties and international assets.
Rohan takes a practical and solutions-focused approach to family law. He supports clients through complex and often emotional situations with steadiness and empathy. It is important to Rohan to provide clients with strategic advice to empower them in navigating through the family law system.
Where possible, Rohan focuses on resolving matters efficiently through negotiation or mediation, without the need for court proceedings. However, when litigation is necessary, he is a confident advocate with experience appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and instructing Counsel in complex matters.
Rohan is a Board Member of the Caroline Chisholm Society, an organisation providing social services and housing support to women with young children. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Institute of Victoria.
