On 21 May 2025 Coote Family Lawyers hosted a Biggest Morning Tea and raised a whopping $1,600 for Cancer Council.

We couldn't have done it without the generosity of our staff and the help of our generous local businesses who donated raffle prizes and food.  Our sponsors this year were:

Every dollar raised makes an incredible difference to people impacted by cancer.  It'll help fund prevention initiatives like the HPV vaccine and the new cervical screening program, which have put Australia on track to become the first country to eliminate cervical cancer as a public health problem.  How incredible is that?

Plus donations will importantly help fund support services for the 150,000 Australians who are diagnosed with cancer every year (that's one every 5 minutes!).  So, the funds we raised are absolutely vital in ensuring Cancer Council can continue to fund life-saving research, educate the community on cancer prevention, and provide support to cancer patients and their families.
