On 8 November 2019 Justine Clark presented on the topic of Binding Financial Agreements at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law "Family Law Half Day Masterclass - Drafting Complex Agreements and Orders".
In the presentation Justine addressed how the decision of Orwin v Rickards [2019] VSC 375 may impact on existing financial agreements in relation to the exclusion of post-separation property and financial resources pursuant to those agreements.
